Julie Bell - All In the Family

Sadly, the Last of the Original Furry and Feathered Family has Passed

In Honor of Faith Cravens

February 16, 1942 - December 24, 2009

My Mother-in-Law passed away in the early evening of Christmas Eve after a battle with cancer.  It was not unexpected and even less surprising that it was on her favorite day of the year.

She departed peacefully, and I guess that is what we all ultimately would have wanted.

She will be missed.........

In October 2006, I had the honor of photographing the internment of Major General Thomas Norville Wilson at Arlington National Cemetery.  With his new headstone now in place, and the grass filling in around it, I photographed his place of honor this past Memorial Day weekend.  Click on the photo to see some of the black & white photographs in a special gallery, posted with the kind permission of his family.
